Medical Cannabis

A medical marijuana card is a form of identification used to access and legally purchase cannabis-derived items at medical marijuana dispensaries. The cards are issued by the state of Florida, but a medical doctor must first diagnose you with an approved condition. At Tristar we qualify you for registration with the state so that you can legally buy up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis derived products in a 35 day period in the state of Florida.  

Qualifying conditions to be approved for a card include:

• End stage cancer
• Seizure disorders like epilepsy
• ALS (Lou Gherig’s Disease)
• Parkinson’s disease
• Multiple sclerosis (severe or end stage)
• Sickle cell disease (severe or end stage)
• Crohn’s disease
• Mitochondrial disease
• AIDS
• Peripheral neuropathy
• Tourrette’s syndrome
• Post-traumatic stress disorder
