Reanna Ramkhelawan is the Founder and Director of Operations of Tristar Wellness, where she oversees day-to-day clinic operations, strategic growth initiatives, and the systems that support high-quality patient care. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations and medical practice management, 

Reanna brings a rare blend of operational expertise, technology insight, and leadership to the Tristar Wellness team.

In addition to her role at Tristar Wellness, Reanna is the Founder and CEO of P.C. Practice Management Solutions (PCPMS), a full-service medical billing and practice management company established in 2014. Through PCPMS, she has supported and managed practices across multiple specialties, including primary care, endocrinology, physical therapy, urology, internal medicine, pain management, pediatrics, and addiction medicine. Her expertise spans practice start-ups, insurance contracting and credentialing, revenue cycle management, compliance, staffing, and the implementation of multiple PM/EHR systems

Reanna holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. She has successfully managed multi-provider, multi-location practices and led large operational teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience
