Treatment is twice a week for the first month, then once a week for the second month, then once or twice a week thereafter depending on your response to the treatment.
Spravato is FDA approved and administered under a regulated REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) program, while IV ketamine is administered off-label.
Upon arrival, our specialized team will welcome you into a private room and ensure your comfort. They will guide you through the process, allowing you to self-administer the nasal spray while under their supervision. Following the treatment, you will be monitored in our clinic for up to 2 hours to manage any potential side effects. During this time, you are welcome to relax, listen to music, or enjoy other calming activities. The medication may cause drowsiness, you should arrange for transportation to take you home after each visit.
