Our Team
Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASM
Dr Josey is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been Assistant Professor of Preventative Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine; a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health - now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Rudolf Eberwein, MD
Internal Medicine Medical Director
Dr. Eberwein went to the University of Florida for his Bachelors in Nutritional Science before earning his MD from the University of Miami Medical School in 1998. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2001. As a hospitalist at several major South Florida hospital, he worked to further his understanding of the evaluation and management of obesity, the leading cause of premature death in America.
Dr. Eberwein went to the University of Florida for his Bachelors in Nutritional Science before earning his MD from the University of Miami Medical School in 1998. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2001. Dr. Robert Murdocco, RPT, CFC
Headache and TMD Physical Therapy Specialist
Dr. Murdocco is a certified specialist in Cranio-Facial, Cranio-Mandibular, and Cranio-Cervical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine--one of only 40 in the country! He has owned his own general and specialized physical therapy practices in the Miami area since 1997, constantly bettering his practices with his commitment to education and specialization; he frequently attends national conferences, workshops, study clubs, in-services, lectures, certification programs and presents his own knowledge at conferences and workshops. He also trains with Dentists regularly and has an expert understanding of the dental processes behind treating TMJ/ TMD dysfunction. He treats the entire body as a system and specializes in treating neck/cervical and jaw related pain. He is also trained in Myofunctional Therapy, Postural Respiration, Hip Complex and many other areas that he uses in his daily practices.

Dr. Holly Nobil, D.O.M. & A.P.
Doctor of Oriental Medicine & Acupuncturist
Dr. Holly Nobil brings so much to our Tristar team, bridging the gap between Chinese and modern medicine. She practices a wide range of holistic techniques, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, moxibustion, cupping, herbology, Gua Sha, Tuina, movement therapy, and spiritual counseling. She is certified in Mei Zen Cosmetic acupuncture, Master Tung acupuncture, Dr. Richard Tan method, integrative nutrition, and Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis restorative movement.
She is always learning new ways to help her patients; she is currently apprenticing in the Dr. Richard Shoemaker Protocol for treating mold and biotoxin illnesses. She is also enrolled in a doctoral program for medical spiritual healing with world renowned guide Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe.
Dr. Nobil generously passes on her knowledge, working with internal medicine residents from Mount Sinai Medical Center who choose acupuncture as an elective rotation. As part of the teaching faculty at Mount Sinai, she works to improve the residency program and educational experience of residents.

Her expertise in insurance contracting, credentialing, practice start-ups, and practice management software programs ensures that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
